Avoid the headache, bring a clear bag! 

Bags must be smaller than 12” x 6” x 12” and small clutch bags, wristlets, or fanny packs no bigger than 6”x 9”. Small clutch bags do not need to be clear. No other bags of any type will be allowed.

• Outside food or drinks – except factory sealed water. FROZEN water bottles are also not allowed

• Illegal drugs/substances
• Glass containers or cans
• Laser pointers
• Selfie Sticks
• Signage larger than 8.5"x11" or standard size of printer paper.

• Chains / Spike jewelry
• Any other item that may pose a threat to other guests, employees or our performers.

• CLEAR plastic/vinyl tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”

• Water – (1) 1-liter factory-sealed or empty bottle per person

• Binoculars

Of course! Lost something while at an event? Visit our security office located in the East Plaza. If you realize you lost something after the event call us at 214-978-4888 or use our textline number (214-974-4679).

Leave a message with your name, phone number, the event attended and a description of the item lost & we will get back to you ASAP.

Our venue is cashless! Make sure to bring a debit/credit card, or mobile pay to check out at any of our concessions!

Sorry, no can do. Re-entry is not permitted at The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory! Make sure you bring all your essentials with you before you scan in! If you do leave at any point in the evening- you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.

Being the friend group designated driver has its perks! Have a drink on us (non-alcoholic, of course)!

The Pavilion offers complimentary fountain sodas to guests that commit to be the designated driver for their party.

Valet parking is located off of Las Colinas Blvd, outside of the Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory VIP Lounge. Get directions before the show.

We know you're excited to see your favorite artist but the venue does not allow camping or overnight parking of any kind for your safety.

Yes! Everyone's safety is our number one concern! Venue security and law enforcement are located throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. All security personnel are wearing white shirts and can assist with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact our on-site staff if any assistance is needed.

Outside lawn chairs are not permitted. Lawn chairs are available for rent for most shows and must be turned in at the end of the event. Our rental chairs are 27.6” wide X 27.6” deep X 30.5” tall. No other chairs are permitted inside the venue. To rent a lawn chair in advance, click on the "UPGRADES AVAILABLE" dropdown on dropdown on our upgrade page and select "Lawn Chair Rental".
