Pre-Show Party on the Texas Lottery® Plaza starting at 2 PM!  FREE autographs and photos with Former Dallas Cowboys and NFL star receiver and kick returner, Raghib “Rocket” Ismail from 2:30-3:30pm. Rocket came to prominence playing college football for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish before moving on to both the Canadian Football League from 1991–92 and the National Football League from 1993-2001.
